4. Account Management

4.1. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. You should use a strong, unique password and enable any two-factor authentication ("2FA") options made available on the Platform.

4.2. Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. PuntNow reserves the right to suspend an account immediately upon suspicion of unauthorised access, fraud, or security compromise.

4.3. Account Currency

Accounts for Australian players are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed in AUD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply when using payment methods denominated in other currencies.

4.4. Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive ("Dormant") if no login or real-money wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Internal processing by PuntNow is completed within 24–72 hours from the submission of a withdrawal request. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your financial institution or payment provider.

5.5. Withdrawal Limits
